Marcia Flammini, Broker in Charge
Vision Group Realty is proud to provide to all of our agents, free of charge, comprehensive orientation training for new agents: Passport to Excellence. Our Passport to Excellence program has been developed by Broker in Charge, Marcia Flammini who brings years of experience in the industry to her classes. Marcia is a member of the Real Estate Educators Association and has a passion for assisting others in growing their real estate careers. This program is also customized for experienced agents who would like specific refresher classes, or would like individualized coaching to further their careers.
Unlike many training programs, Marcia takes the time to cover in detail the actual day to day business of working in the real estate profession. Complete review of forms, CMAs, marketing plans; guest presentations from inspectors, attorneys, lendors, and other professionals with whom you will partner are included in the program. We also offer inhouse relocation training, so that you are fully prepared to professionally serve the relocating client.
We welcome both new and experienced agents to explore the opportunities at Vision Group Realty, and invite interested licensees to attend one of our classes to get to know our program better.
