Mike Rucker, Owner/CEO, Vision Group Realty
Vision Group Realty was founded by former professional NFL Panther, Mike Rucker. A graduate of the University of Nebraska, second round draft choice, and Pro Bowl alumni, Mike continues to make a difference in new business endeavors.
With the rapid growth of Charlotte and the surrounding areas Mike saw the opportunity to give to the community by providing a "team" oriented Real Estate Company. Brokers are Independent Contractors, just like Professional Athletes, and work hard to maintain their professional edge. They share a common goal: To win as a team and to provide excellent service to their clients and make the dream of home ownership available to all.
Mike also believes in the importance of community involvement. He supports the "Pinstripes" organization (ALS), the Muscle Team Event for MDA, Habitat for Humanity, United Way, Bible Teaching Clubs of Cabarrus County, the Lead Safe program, Hendrick Marrow Program and serves on the board of the Charlotte Mecklenburg Police Foundation.
Mike has teamed with other professional athletes Mike Minter, Stephen Davis and Mushin Muhammad in forming and successfully growing The Ruckus House, (www.RuckusHouse.com) state-of-the-art child development facilities.
Residing with his family in the Kannapolis area, Mike is committed to contributing to the growth of this thriving community.

Michaela Scurlock, Company Qualifying Broker of Vision Group Realty who is licensed in NC, SC, GA, and TN, is no stranger to the challenges of moving, getting settled, as well as, serving. Along with her husband Michael Scurlock, retired NFL player with the L.A./St. Louis Rams and Carolina Panthers, she has done extensive community work. They have been instrumental in establishing youth camps, NFL team events, and charitable events. For many years they volunteered for the Week of Champions, a non-profit organization that provides sports camp experiences to children, free of charge.
Michaela has not only excelled in the area of community service, her recognition in the industry of Real Estate and Sales is equally impressive.
