Our services are free of charge to the Buyer.

When representing a Buyer, we utilize our experience in new construction to locate raw land for building, a lot in a development, or an inventory that meets the specific needs of our clients.  We represent the Buyer in negotiating the builder's contract in the best interest of the buyer.  We manage the communication for the buyer throughout the construction process including inspections.  We continue to be available to help the Buyer after closing through post-construction periodic reviews.  Builders employ/contract on site sales representatives to facilitate the sale of their properties.  These agents, therefore, represent the best interests of the builder.  It is usually in the Buyer's best interest to retain their own REALTOR® as a Buyer's Representative.
